Modular Panel Products
The increased usage of computers and other sophisticated, integrated electronic devices has driven the demand for quality power in facilities everywhere. As a result, today's construction engineers, electrical contractors, architects and specifying engineers must adhere to strict, high-energy specifications. EFI offers high-capacity service-entrance, branch-panel and integrated branch-panel products that meet the diverse requirements of industrial, commercial and government facilities everywhere. These products are distributed worldwide under the Titan brand and through select private-label suppliers.
Brick Panel Products
Titan BPF surge suppression panels, which offer peak-surge capacity of up to 200,000 amps, provide solid protection for service entrance panels, branch panels and sensitive electronic equipment. With the Titan BPF, design engineers have the flexibility to specify individual options and features for each project, such as system voltage, housing type, integral-fused disconnect, and so forth. The Titan BPF utilizes EFIs hybrid Sine Wave Tracker suppression circuit in a replaceable three-phase module, providing protection from transient voltages and up to 54 dB noise filtration. This multi-phase suppressor means state-of-the-art protection for industrial, medical and commercial applications.
Hardwired Products
EFI also produces a variety of TVSS devices for commercial and industrial applications. These surge protection products include arrestors for OEM electronic cabinets and home electronics; HomeGuardŽ TVSS meter socket adapters for residential locations; wired-in OEM devices for large, expensive electronic equipment; and products designed for main- and branch-panel applications. These devices are sold worldwide through wholesalers, utility distributors and specialty electrical distributors under the EFI brand names TitanŽ and HomeGuardŽ and as well-known private-label and OEM brands.
Pluggables
Beyond service entrance and branch panel applications, EFI Electronics recommends several layers of "Cascading Protection" to fully impact the effects of electronic surges. The final part of this strategy requires the use of products such as plugstrips and other devices designed to provide the last point of protection from the outlet to the equipment being protected.
DIN Rail
DinRail mounted products, used throughout the vast majority of the world, protect facility electrical services, sensitive electronic equipment and business processes in the most critical and demanding environments.
